You can request deletion of your Ecosystem account and associated personal data by contacting our support team.
How to request account deletion

Subject line: Ecosystem — Account Deletion Request
Required information: Please include your registered email address and username for verification.
What data is deleted
After verifying your identity, we will permanently delete:
- Account profile data — name, email, preferences, and settings
- Learning progress — completed lessons, achievements, and progress tracking
- Survey responses — questionnaires and feedback submissions
- Community interactions — comments, posts, and social features
- Location data — city/region preferences and related content
- Communication history — support messages and app-related correspondence
Data retention notice
Some data may be retained for a limited time where required:
- Anonymized analytics — aggregated usage statistics may be retained for up to 30 days
- Legal compliance logs — security and audit logs may be retained for up to 30 days
- Financial records — transaction records may be retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes (if applicable)
Processing timeline
- Verification: 1–2 business days to verify your identity
- Deletion: completed within 30 days of verification
- Confirmation: email confirmation once deletion is complete
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you'd prefer, you can:
- Deactivate your account — temporarily disable access
- Export your data — request a copy before deletion
- Adjust privacy settings — reduce data sharing in-app
